As an Account Specialist, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to promote cutting-edge health technology and personalized care solutions to patients in the Business to Business ecosystem. The role is responsible for supporting bookings and generating incremental revenue for our Employer Health and Occupational Health products and services; including Preventative Health Assessments (PHAs), Precision Health, and other in-clinic preventative health and Pre-Placement Exams (PPE) testing solutions.
This role is ideal for energetic and motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes. By joining our team, you'll play a crucial part in expanding access to innovative health solutions across Canada.

How you will succeed:
- Booking new and existing patients via inbound requests, outbound sales campaigns and other means
- Leverage patient interactions to create prospects to generate incremental revenue opportunities
- Ensure cancellation and reschedule requests are managed to optimize revenue
- Delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong relationships, and influencing decision makers
- Actively listening to patients, completing needs analyses, and quickly identifying and recommending solutions to fit their current needs and future plans
- Becoming an expert in our internal systems, working with our partners in sales, product, marketing and operations, and improving our conversion capabilities

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000
SIP Range: $15,000 - $25,000
