Position Overview

Maternity Leave Coverage:  We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst (BA) to manage the roadmap for our Salesforce instance.   The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and managing development sprints in accordance with a strategic roadmap.    

As a senior business analyst for the TECh team, you will manage a roadmap for all critical capabilities to be introduced into Salesforce that supports the direct to consumer channel.  The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of Salesforce at an admin level

As an senior business analyst for the D2C Salesforce instance, you will:

  • Own and support the development roadmap for the salesforce instance.

  • Organize and manage development sprints to deliver key features to advance the business.

  • Report on development progress/sprint outcomes to our business stakeholders

  • Support requirements definition for more complex initiatives

  • Support BAU case delivery

 

As a problem solver on the team, you will:

  • Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions

  • Have freedom to explore your curiosity by probing, asking, and digging in to better understand our customers and business partners

 

As a delivery lead, you will: 

  • Define tangible product roadmap; actively own and be responsible for the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value:

    • Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories.  

    • Drive customer value and help reduce customer and sales rep effort. 

    • Regularly refine and adjust your backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority as it becomes available from stakeholders.

    • Balance expectations and remove business and roadmap impediments

    • Assist with QA and functional testing of requirements

    • Aid in the preparation and delivery of platform demonstrations, and effectively handle technical questions from

Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
