Join TELUS Consumer Solutions as the strategic orchestrator of our transformational initiative reshaping how Canadians experience home connectivity. The Internet Connectivity Value Propositions team is developing and executing strategic, data-driven value propositions that differentiate TELUS and deliver meaningful customer value. Together we lead and implement strategies that establish TELUS as the market leader in home connectivity.

 

As a multi-faceted professional, you will help shape business direction by organizing strategic priorities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and oversee the governance and delivery of critical projects and programs from ideation through go-to-market execution.

In this role, you'll wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, expert facilitator, strategic planner, project manager, storyteller, communicator and change agent. Alternating between the big picture and then rolling up your sleeves to enable go-to-market excellence. You'll be at the heart of leadership interlock and strategic initiatives that directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional value and experiences to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategy development: Convert strategic initiatives into clear priorities, integrated roadmaps, and phased delivery plans with measurable KPIs
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Maintain robust program documentation to enable cross functional interlock, including by implementing systems to track critical project milestones across TELUS Consumer Solutions
  • Governance & Facilitation: Provide expert facilitation of working-level and leadership forums; manage action items and drive operational rigor through governance frameworks and expert organization
  • Program Execution: Build and manage detailed project plans from ideation through launch, with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
  • Communication: Build and deliver weekly executive updates targeting audiences from high level executives through to key operational partners, stakeholders and team members
  • Executive support: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the CMO leadership team on crucial business decisions and priorities key to advancing program objectives and commitments

 

 

Qualifications

 

Are you the missing piece of the puzzle?

 

  • 8+ years of complex program or project management experience
  • Expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities in high-stakes environments with unparalleled flexibility to deliver exceptional stakeholder engagement
  • You love storytelling, synthesizing complex business dynamics into a compelling narrative for executives
  • A proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, bring people together, gain buy-in, drive decisions, and deliver results efficiently
  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing
  • A keen understanding of project lifecycle end-to-end from ideation to execution

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Previous experience leading large-scale transformational projects
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • PMP or similar certification

 

 

Salary Range:  $86,000-$160,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
