Join TELUS's National Wireless Implementation team and drive the expansion and modernization of Canada's most advanced wireless network. As a Wireless Build Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex wireless construction programs—from greenfield site deployment to network upgrades—while coordinating diverse teams to translate strategic vision into operational reality.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Own Program Delivery: Manage the complete lifecycle of wireless build projects, including macro sites, in-building solutions, small cell deployments, and infrastructure upgrades in Alberta.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate seamless coordination between internal teams (Engineering, Transport, Operations) and external partners (civil contractors, consultants, and specialized vendors) to maintain project momentum and delivery speed 

  • Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality

  • Solve Complex Challenges: Navigate technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder priorities to deliver innovative wireless solutions

  • Enable Strategic Impact: Transform network expansion plans into deployed wireless infrastructure that connects Canadians and supports TELUS's market position

What you bring

 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong project management fundamentals (scheduling, budgeting, risk management)

  • Expertise with SAP for capital management and material release

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for wireless technology and network infrastructure

  • Collaborative mindset paired with strong leadership capability

  • 5+ yrs of wireless build project management experience

 

Great-to-haves 

 

  • PMP Certification

 

 

Location: Alberta 

 

Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
