TELUS is seeking an Strategic Mid Market Account Manager to lead complex technology sales and spearhead transformative solutions for 40-50 mid-market accounts nationally. This is high-impact, consultative selling for proven sales professionals who excel at C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder deal orchestration.
The Role
Position yourself as a trusted executive advisor, deploying cutting-edge solutions (5G, IoT, AI, cybersecurity, cloud) to solve complex business challenges. Lead sophisticated 6-7 figure sales cycles, build strategic account plans, and drive measurable business outcomes across TELUS's diverse technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Own executive relationships with C-suite/VP-level decision-makers and develop multi-year strategic account plans

Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, and custom solution design

Architect integrated technology solutions across communications, cloud, security, IoT, AI, and digital health platforms

Champion Premier Sales Organization (PSO) methodologies and consistently exceed KPIs in Quantity, Quality, Velocity, and Balance

Prepare executive business cases articulating clear ROI, competitive advantage, and risk mitigation

Maintain deep industry expertise and thought leadership in digital transformation trends
Qualifications
Experience:
-
3+ years complex B2B technology sales (telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software, IT solutions)Structured sales methodology experience (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling)

Proven track record consistently exceeding quota in strategic/enterprise sales

Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with $250K+ deal values, portfolio management of 30+ strategic accounts and $2M+ annual quota management | Salesforce CRM proficiency

C-suite/VP-level selling experience with consultative, value-based approach
