About the Role:


Transform client experiences as a key member of our TELUS Health Provider Solutions team. As a Sales Support Technical Representative II, you'll be the vital link between our sales team and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quarterback client onboarding processes for TELUS Health services/solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales support
  • Manage lead assignments and marketing campaign initiatives
  • Execute account creation, billing setup, and credit verification
  • Maintain precise Salesforce records following ISO standards
  • Provide timely issue resolution and escalation
  • Bridge communication between sales and implementation teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Post-secondary diploma/certification
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong administrative capabilities with autonomous work style
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (strongly preferred)
  • Previous sales experience (asset)

Salary Range:  $58,000-$96,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
