About the Role:
Transform client experiences as a key member of our TELUS Health Provider Solutions team. As a Sales Support Technical Representative II, you'll be the vital link between our sales team and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterback client onboarding processes for TELUS Health services/solutions
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales support
- Manage lead assignments and marketing campaign initiatives
- Execute account creation, billing setup, and credit verification
- Maintain precise Salesforce records following ISO standards
- Provide timely issue resolution and escalation
- Bridge communication between sales and implementation teams
What You'll Bring:
- Post-secondary diploma/certification
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong administrative capabilities with autonomous work style
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce.com (strongly preferred)
- Previous sales experience (asset)

Salary Range:
$58,000-$96,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:
