As a Security Sales Professional, you will provide customized security solutions to our small and medium business customers across Canada.

Your goal will be to increase TELUS’ presence, focusing on customized security solutions aligned to our customer’s needs.

You will ensure our customers have access to the latest security solutions, industry trends, and most importantly secure facilities for their employees, customers and assets. 
 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • You are likely in a similar position, now, and have many of the experience points and characteristics, below:
  • 1 to 3 years of B2B experience in technical sales, security or related hardware with a focus on lead generation and account acquisitions
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack to adapt to virtual type of sales
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to hunt, prospect, and search for new business in a competitive market while consistently achieving quotas 
  • Own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license and be prepared for possible travel

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Knowledge or previous experience in the home security and/or telecommunications industry
  • Experience with, or an affinity for, volunteerism and community involvement
  • Comfortable using social media to build networks
  • Connected and active within your community and local business associations (e.g. local Chamber of Commerce)
