We are embarking on an exciting venture to establish a groundbreaking new business Strategy in Quebec that redefines the landscape of partnerships. We’re searching for a highly flexible individual who thrives in an environment where ambiguity and business challenges are replaced with solutions and defined plans. You are an innovative self-starter and natural collaborator who is results-oriented, providing expertise and profitable outcomes. As the EPP & Consumer Partnerships QC Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing and expanding our presence in the market through strategic partnerships and driving revenue in each channel. Your mandate will be to build and execute integration plans to ensure smooth organizational alignment from pre-deal through to post-integration stages.

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend strategic partnership solutions; make sound decisions based on tangible data and analysis, experience and judgment
  • Serve as key interlock and contact between various internal teams and the identified partners for targeted demand generative-based programs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor; translate industry knowledge, competitive market dynamics, general business acumen and deep understanding of client’s business into value-added insights & solutions
  • Leverage all TELUS product and service lines to complete a holistic growth plan that meets defined objectives
  • Support program tracking and reporting requirements and regular operational reviews with senior sales leaders
  • Pull and analyze data and apply business knowledge to derive and summarize critical insights, feedback and recommendation
  • Actively support the team with post-acquisition integration with an aptitude in executive reporting and relationship management
  • Collaborate with business units, marketing and sales teams to drive product intensity across relevant TELUS consumer offerings
  • Prepare and present comprehensive and compelling business presentations to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior client executives

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring: 

 

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of Sales, Program, and/or Account Management with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a territory development or business development role
  • You’ve built and maintained strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations
  • You have provided accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • You are curious and continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively position our offerings in the market
  • You’ve met and exceeded sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
  • You have history of negotiating and managing an internal and external agreement process with a series of key stakeholders
  • You have cross-functional collaboration experience
  • You exude a winning attitude, tenacious commitment to team goals and to winning through collaboration

Salary Range:  $69,000-$103,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  $22,500

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
