The Administrative Support Clerk plays a crucial role as a resource person, providing operational support and facilitating communication among various stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and suppliers) for seasonal vaccination campaigns, biometric programs, and other occupational health campaigns at our clients’ sites.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Coordinate administrative tasks necessary for the preparation and management of vaccination, biometric, and other medical campaigns.
- Update inventory files for materials and vaccines, and place orders for supplies based on current needs and campaigns.
- Maintain and update tracking files for various campaigns.
- Organize and rotate materials to ensure proper storage and usage.
- Prepare materials and send them to the appropriate nurses.
- Follow up on client requests, campaign schedules, and logistical details.
- Contribute to weekly planning of required resources based on operational needs.
- Commit to fostering professional and respectful relationships with the administrative and medical teams to maintain a healthy, productive, and efficient work environment.
- Ensure performance and quality objectives are met while adhering to quality control standards.
- Participate in the early stages of projects to provide an overview of clinic functions.
You Are the Missing Piece of the Puzzle
- Completed high school diploma.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical field (an asset).
- Essential bilingualism (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of medical terminology (an asset).
- Flexibility.
- Reliability and autonomy in the workplace.
- Well-developed stress management skills in urgent situations.
- Initiative, proactivity, and resourcefulness.
