Responsible for detailed analysis and identification of customers’ business needs and for design, development and delivery (including documentation, testing and communication) of medium- to high-complexity projects for our products: prescription drugs, dental care and extended health coverage. Make plans and systems tangible at the general data / rough concept stage.
Position overview
- Permanent position (37.5 hours/week)
- Full-time remote work, supported by our TELUS Health Lifestyle program (including use of cutting-edge equipment and applications)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions that allow for rapid deployment of products and services and improve customer service while maintaining and ensuring data integrity
- Deliver solutions that improve business performance by optimizing processes
- Develop new tools and processes, and potentially take part in meetings where you will demonstrate subject-matter expertise in explaining the results Ensure open and ongoing communication to support change management
- Provide a point of contact within the team and be in contact with customers, affected business units, partners and/or external service providers
- Ensure correctness of documentation and approve it for release
- Track pending tickets and support the Carrier Support team (Senior Business Analysts)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and available technology which, if adopted, could lead to improvements in our operations or the efficiency of our processes
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Experience in the group insurance industry, especially in extended health coverage, dental care or prescription drugs
- College or university diploma
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a work environment with a matrix structure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to coordinate and effectively manage priorities
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
