Join the TELUS Health Payer and Provider Solutions team and contribute to the growth of our team specialized in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementations. This position is part of a team collaborating on the implementation of our Collaborative Health Record (CHR) and Medesync Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. We are looking for a motivated and autonomous person with an engaging style, who places our clients' needs at the heart of their priorities and knows how to create a personalized experience with each interaction.

 

In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate your ability to quickly build strong relationships across the organization and with our clientele, while contributing to a collaborative work environment focused on excellence.

What you will do

 

  • Manage client project implementations for the Collaborative Health Record (CHR) and Medesync (EMR) by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful configuration, implementation, and project launch
  • Provide diverse training services including facilitating virtual group sessions, individual meetings, webinar facilitation, and creating educational content for new implementations and existing clinics
  • Master the CHR and Medesync systems to optimize configurations and workflows, enabling providers and their teams to maximize the efficiency of their medical practice
  • Proactively resolve challenges by quickly identifying obstacles and applying appropriate solutions to maintain progress on assigned projects
  • Maintain operational expertise by staying current on established implementation processes to support a smooth transition for clients and internal teams
  • Ensure document management by managing, documenting, and closing project elements in appropriate tools (Salesforce, Google Workspace, etc.) to maintain the highest standards of service and accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with the implementation team to ensure an exceptional client experience and constant processes evolution and enhancements
  • Deliver excellence by producing high-quality work that meets internal standards and generates high client satisfaction rates
  • Apply best pedagogical practices by using adult learning principles in all client training sessions
  • Achieve high KPI results in Learning Quality Score surveys
  • Create clinical and tutorial content supporting ongoing implementations
  • Geographic flexibility: primarily remote position (95%) with occasional travel across Canada (5%) for on-site training and specialized project support

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

Experience and knowledge:

 

  • Work experience in medical environment (asset)
  • Familiarity with our CHR or Medesync products (asset)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce (asset)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field

 

Essential skills:

 

  • Bilingual oral and written (French/English)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Advanced expertise in learning facilitation, presentation, coaching, and change management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Workflow analysis capabilities

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $64,000-$96,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%
