As the Director of Business Enablement, you will spearhead our product-centric approach, quantifying and communicating the impact of our solutions. By harnessing research and data analytics, you'll showcase the tangible value we deliver to both internal stakeholders and external clients, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.
We're seeking a strategic thinker with in-depth healthcare expertise who excels at transforming complex industry and Product data into compelling business insights. Leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape—encompassing provider and private/public payor perspectives—you'll drive value through targeted research and data-driven insights. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust ROI analyses and fortifying thought leadership content with compelling data, ensuring it resonates powerfully with internal stakeholders and external clients across the healthcare sector.
What You’ll do
- Spearhead Product value creation initiatives by developing compelling, evidence-based strategies that accelerate sales effectiveness and strengthen market positioning
- Drive data monetization and thought leadership initiatives by leveraging our extensive health claims, pharmacy transaction and other data to extract actionable insights
- Conduct targeted research to uncover valuable insights within the healthcare sector and translate complex healthcare data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Design and implement sophisticated Product performance scorecards with targeted KPIs to track success, identify trends, and guide strategic decision-making
- Craft impactful presentations and reports in collaboration with Marketing that resonate with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the healthcare industry to inform analyses and content
- Spearhead our Pharmaceutical engagement strategy, identifying and executing value creation opportunities
- Partner with GTM teams to craft and deliver powerful value propositions and ROI analyses that resonate across private sector, government agencies and procurement decision-makers
- Champion TELUS Health's market presence through active leadership in industry associations, while cultivating strategic relationships as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert through speaking engagements and executive forums
Qualifications
What You bring
The Director, Business Enablement will be an accomplished professional within the Healthcare sector with demonstrated success developing and executing high profile, data-driven initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences or related field; Project Management certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, research, or related roles within SaaS health technology
- Comprehensive understanding of private and public healthcare ecosystems, including EMR platforms, pharmacy solutions, and health benefits management
- Deep expertise in healthcare technology market dynamics and emerging industry trends
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, transforming complex data into actionable market insights and strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of leading complex healthcare initiatives using agile methodologies
- Superior business acumen with ability to develop compelling business cases supported by robust financial analysis
- Outstanding communication skills, delivering polished executive-level presentations across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced understanding of emerging technologies and their potential to drive healthcare innovation
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
