Join Our Team What We'll Accomplish Together

 

You will play a highly influential and transformative role working directly with our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team while collaborating across our entire organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be creating strategic insights and recommendations that empower our team to make informed decisions and elevate Terrion's revenue, profitability, and market position while ensuring our laser focus on operational excellence and team member engagement.

 

You'll be the seasoned strategic architect who bridges vision and execution – serving as both trusted advisor and performance catalyst. Your role is critical to driving, measuring, and monitoring performance on key strategic initiatives while acting as the organizational guardian of our values, the voice of our leadership team, and the PMO leader for all enterprise initiatives.

 

Culture & Values Champion

 

  • Act as the keeper of organizational policies, values, and cultural standards, partnering closely with the People & Culture Business Partner Manager and
  • Strategic Programs Director to manage strategic alignment across all initiatives
  • Ensure all initiatives align with Terrion's mission and long-term strategic vision
  • Become the CEO and Leadership Team's strategic confidant, sounding board, and idea validator
  • Apply seasoned experience to vet proposals, challenge assumptions, and refine strategic thinking
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across all teams driving strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation
  • Build relationships across the organization while maintaining continuous focus on strategic priorities

Executive Communications

  • Champion the voice of the Executive Leadership Team across the organization
  • Craft and deliver strategic messages at the right time, in the right way, to the right audiences
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level
  • Develop consistent messaging that reinforces strategy and drives organizational engagement
  • Oversee strategic planning activities and provide executive-level reporting, analysis, and compelling materials to inform key decisions
  • Transform complex data into actionable strategic insights for leadership decision-making

 

Project Management Office (PMO) & Strategic Execution

 

  • Lead the PMO function for all strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects
  • Lead the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives across Terrion, ensuring performance measurement and monitoring through established planning processes and KPI reporting
  • Implement and drive Terrion's annual Operating Model calendar including KPI reviews, Monthly Operating Reviews, Strategic Planning sessions, and Performance Reviews
  • Orchestrate all executive meeting agendas, ensuring strategic focus and productive outcomes, and systematically follow up on action items and decisions to drive accountability
  • Manage comprehensive CEO office coordination including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, email prioritization, and executive logistics
  • Establish project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
  • Drive accountability through milestone tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget
  • In close partnership with the CFO, lead forecasting, budget setting, and monitoring of both Capex and Opex
  • Drive cost effectiveness through consistency, uniformity, and continuous improvement of business processes
  • Build systems and frameworks that support rapid scaling while maintaining quality standards

What You Bring

 

  • University degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or senior operational roles
  • Proven C-suite advisory experience with demonstrated revenue delivery success
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong leadership presence with advanced business and financial acumen
  • Expert-level project management, strategic planning, and change management capabilities
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with enterprise-level problem-solving skills
  • M&A, process improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma), and large-scale transformation experience
  • Telecom, infrastructure, or regulated industry background is preferred
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a definite asset

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $118,000-$176,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  30%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
