The Kroll/Ubik Pharmacy Implementations team is small but mighty, supporting almost 5000 pharmacy customers across Canada with implementation and data migration projects. We are a tight-knit group of professionals with a focus on efficiency and positive customer experiences. As a Client Project Manager II on our Kroll/Ubik Implementation team, you will manage all manner of client projects for our Kroll/Ubik Pharmacy Management Software (PMS) customers. You will consult on complex implementation projects, lending your expertise and knowledge to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal project results based on the individual business needs of the customer. You will collaborate with other team members on your team as well as on other teams, and use your strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth implementation and consistent communication is maintained with customers and stakeholders. Together, we will contribute to positive health outcomes for patients across the country by continuing to support and enable our pharmacy customers. 

 

Here's how

 

  • Develop and manage client relationships and expectations during all phases of the project
  • Manage all aspects of the project flow for workflow, data migration, module-add, and specialty projects for Kroll/Ubik PMS customers
  • Support internal and external data review process for TELUS legacy platforms and/or competitor systems
  • Consult on complex implementation projects and collaborate with the stakeholders at varying levels of seniority to understand objectives/strategies and desired results
  • Collaborate with peers, including cross-functional, to successfully coordinate timely delivery and completion of projects
  • Manage project tracking, monitoring and reporting to accurately capture and forecast all project metrics that contribute to business KPI’s
  • Identify and escalate issues quickly through appropriate channels
  • Work independently and take initiative to solution new challenges faced by the team 

 

 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Proven expertise using and troubleshooting the Kroll/Ubik pharmacy applications
  • Experience working in a pharmacy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and communication skills
  • Proven track record managing stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction, resilient and flexible to change 
  • Demonstrates a focus on the best interest of the customer and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working with data conversions to the Kroll software from other pharmacy software solutions

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Experience working with other pharmacy solutions or tools  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Project management or coordination background  

 

 

Midpoint Base Salary:
