Clinic Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Monday to Friday, (operational needs between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Status: Temporary mandate for 3 years (full-time) / 40 hours per week
Location: Downtown Montreal (Near Bell Centre) 100% in-person position
** Ideally, you should be able to get around by public transit

The Montreal corporate center, one of the client’s three global centers, supports all global operations with 700 full-time employees. Health, safety, and environment (HSE) are core values for the client, who strives to maintain a sustainable HSE culture across all sites. The goal is to ensure a workplace free of injuries and illnesses by identifying and mitigating risks, and continuously learning from experience.
For decades, the client’s in-house medical center has provided primary health services and resources to its employees, including health consultations, health promotion, and absenteeism management.
- Staffing for professional medical support services
- Ensure availability and effective management of medical support staff
- Manage daily medical activities for wellness and health initiatives in collaboration with the medical team
- Coordinate on-site clinic operations
- Manage and staff on-site medical clinic services
- Summarize on-site medical clinic activities
- Provide regular reports on clinic activities and performance
- Case management progress
- Track and report progress in medical case management
- Performance of medical surveillance against the target
- Evaluate and compare medical surveillance performance to set objectives
- Progress/barriers of health and safety initiatives/programs
- Analyze and report on the progress and barriers of health and safety initiatives and programs (e.g., surveillance program, wellness initiatives)
- Establish a trends dashboard based on data
- Create and maintain dashboards to track trends based on collected data
Qualifications
You are the missing piece of the puzzle
- 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Flexibility in schedule and responsibilities
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills (multitasking)
- Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
- Customer service excellence orientation
