Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) – flexible

The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a key role as a resource person, ensuring operational coordination and communication between various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and suppliers. They are responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of seasonal vaccination campaigns, biometric programs, and occupational health clinics for our clients while maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Respond to initial client inquiries, provide information about services, and establish trusting relationships with clients.
- Prepare, review, and finalize contracts for campaigns and services, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and agencies to meet campaign needs.
- Develop and adjust nurse and campaign schedules based on client needs and resource availability.
- Ensure that equipment used during campaigns meets quality standards and is ready for use.
- Organize and oversee services provided directly at client sites to ensure optimal delivery.
- Handle administrative client complaints in the clinic.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize operations.
You Are the Missing Piece of the Puzzle
- Completed high school diploma.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical field (an asset).
- Essential bilingualism (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of medical terminology (an asset).
- Flexibility.
- Reliability and autonomy in the workplace.
- Well-developed stress management skills in urgent situations.
- Initiative, proactivity, and resourcefulness.
