Join our team within TELUS Health Care Centers (THCC) business unit, where we support the day-to-day technology operations for health clinics across Canada. As part of our Reporting and Business Intelligence team, you will help drive the strategic direction of our healthcare data infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our clinic systems while enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a technical professional responsible for supporting sales operations, marketing automation initiatives, and product development analytics across THCC. As a Business Intelligence & AI Developer within TELUS Health Care Centers, you will support the implementation and maintenance of data solutions that drive sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and product development decisions. Your growing technical expertise will contribute to building robust data systems and AI-powered solutions that support critical business operations and customer insights.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Build and maintain analytics infrastructure: Create data pipelines, SQL queries, and data models to support sales, marketing, and product analytics feeding both traditional BI and AI/ML systems
  • Develop data-driven reporting solutions: Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports incorporating predictive analytics, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
  • Optimize marketing automation systems: Implement and maintain workflows for campaign performance tracking, personalization, and content optimization leveraging available AI capabilities
  • Support data integration and operations: Integrate CRM systems with marketing platforms, prepare data for advanced analytics, and monitor system performance and data quality
  • Enable product development insights: Provide user analytics, feature adoption metrics, and performance insights to support product teams' decision-making
  • Collaborate on analytics strategy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify enhancement opportunities and deliver actionable insights from traditional and AI-powered analytics

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or AI/ML applications
  • Experience with sales and marketing data systems (CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, AI-powered platforms)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an AI-first mindset
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams with insights and recommendations
  • Understanding of customer journey analytics, conversion tracking, and personalization
  • Ability to translate business requirements into both traditional and AI-enhanced technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented approach to data quality, model accuracy, and ethics
  • Fundamental knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI model evaluation
  • Proficiency in:
    • SQL for data extraction and analysis
    • Business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
    • Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
    • Marketing automation platforms with AI features

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

 

 

Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
