Join us at an exciting inflection point as Partner Solutions expands into high-growth wireless markets, driven by the explosive rise of MVNx (Mobile Virtual Network operators and aggregators) with global reach. You'll spearhead strategic initiatives across the TELUS ecosystem—supporting TELUS Consumer Solutions, TELUS Digital, and TELUS Health—while embedding wholesale connectivity with international telecom players, MVNx partners, and global CPaaS providers.
In this dynamic B2B2B and B2B2C environment, you'll lead and inspire a high-performance team of senior sales professionals using Premier Sales Organization (PSO) methodologies. Together, you'll deliver innovative, integrated solutions to wholesale service providers across Canada and internationally, positioning TELUS as the partner of choice in key vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities
Premier Sales Organization (PSO) Leadership
- Lead consultative selling methodologies to understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Drive cross-portfolio sales strategies integrating multiple TELUS offerings,
- Ensure customer success through ongoing relationship management and solution-driven negotiations
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and implement market-leading business plans to drive growth and cross-selling across all TELUS offerings
- Build high-performing sales teams through talent management, coaching, and TELUS Sales Academy frameworks
- Deliver accurate performance metrics for effective business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Maintain strategic partnerships and act as TELUS brand ambassador across business units and community
Generative AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools (including FueliX platform) to enhance sales performance and generate strategic insights
- Utilize AI-powered analytics to identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize sales approaches
- Drive team adoption of AI for proposal development, customer research, and competitive analysis
- Implement innovative AI-driven sales methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
Effective Leader
● High-Performance Team Builder: Proven leadership in building, coaching, and developing high-performance sales teams within large, complex organizations using PSO frameworks and consultative selling methodologies
● Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to articulate vision, goals, financial impacts, and strategic imperatives across multiple business units and stakeholders
Business Manager & Strategic Planner
● Wholesale & Cross-Selling Expertise: Deep knowledge of wholesale sales with proven track record delivering sustainable, profitable results through cross-selling across multiple product portfolios
● Strategic Leadership: Strong decision-making and experience leading strategies and programs across various sectors and multi-business unit environments
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to forge relationships across product management, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams
Sales Excellence & Technology Integration
● Consultative Sales Mastery: Proven ability to drive customer success and positive negotiated outcomes through consultative sales processes
● AI-Powered Sales Technology: Proficiency in Generative AI tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven methodologies to enhance performance and generate strategic insights
● Strategic Partnership Management: Experience managing complex partner relationships across diverse technology ecosystems and business units
Required Experience & Education
● Education: University degree or equivalent experience at a senior level or Professional Sales certification(s) strongly preferred
● 10+ years IT/telecommunications sales experience with 5+ years leading high-performance teams through consultative selling in digital transformation.
● Executive Relationships: Developed C-suite relationships in large public and private enterprises
● Wholesale & Cross-Selling: Proven wholesale experience delivering profitable revenue growth through partners with demonstrated cross-selling success across multiple product lines
● Technology Proficiency: Experience with Generative AI tools, sales automation platforms, and data analytics for sales performance optimization
● Presentation Skills: Proven experience presenting integrated solutions to C-suite customer stakeholders and internal executives
● Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
