You will be an integral part of TELUS teams that performs the maintenance of drugs, formularies, and other DIN-based lists.
Here's how…
As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Add, maintain and update drug information in the TELUS database for health Canada approved products and provincially specific PINs
- Create and maintain data used in the adjudication of pharmacy claims including formularies, price files, categorization and list management
- Provide relevant, comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding pricing, plan coverage and miscellaneous drug information
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Experience in the Pharmacy Industry and/or drug knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of claim adjudication principles – Pharmacy Benefit Management experience is an asset
- Ability to document business processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of MS suite of applications (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external teams
- Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
Education:
- Post-secondary diploma/certification
Required Experience:
- 1-3 years in comparable role
- Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management experience an asset
Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
