As the Executive Assistant for the Senior Vice President of TELUS Health Care Centers, your mandate will involve artfully and thoughtfully managing numerous programs and activities with a high level of professionalism, collaboration and confidentiality.
Here’s how
- Anticipate the SVP's needs, ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons
- Monitor follow-up activities, action items, and materials in advance of meetings
- Proactively manage the calendar, including booking travel arrangements
- Gather, coordinate, and prepare necessary information, materials, and resources for meetings and events
- Prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced, changing environment with agile efficiency
- Manage and approve individual and corporate expenses
- Serve as a brand ambassador for TELUS Health, providing a best-in-class experience for stakeholders
- Enhance team culture with a positive attitude and natural tendency to help others succeed
Qualifications

- You are regarded as highly adaptable, agile and calm/poised when faced with change and/or ambiguity
- 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
- College diploma in office, administration or secretarial or a combination of work experience and relevant education
- Self-starter who takes initiative, and demonstrates a high level of accountability and sound judgment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Google workspace and asset
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrates flexibility and positive “can do” attitude
- Bilingual an asset
