We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruitment Project Manager to join our healthcare recruitment team

Here’s how you’re going to make a difference

 

As the Bilingual Recruitment Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operational processes related to recruitment and talent management of healthcare professionals. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining optimized recruitment workflows and driving and supporting recruitment initiative projects such as brand building, mandate management, candidate life cycle and recruitment data management to drive a lean and high impact recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project & Systems Management (60%)

 

  • Manage and calibrate the HRIS & ATS systems to provide the most optimal candidate experience
  • Provide employee data reporting to various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage the talent inbox, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely updates
  • Answer candidate questions regarding the recruitment process, job requirements, and company policies
  • Manage and calibrate our ATS, HRIS and various trackers and strategy decks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all incumbent mandates
  • Take meeting minutes during recruitment-related meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
  • Support and manage the referral program, encouraging employee participation and tracking referrals
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the recruitment team in all recruitment-related processes

 

Administrative: (40%)

 

  • Create offer letters for selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate clinical onboarding compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met
  • Code bills and invoices accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper records and documentation
  • Post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates

 

Qualifications

 

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Min 3-4 years of project management, coordination, planning and administrative experience
  • Bilingualism - written and spoken (English and French) 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including understanding of structuring data, Vlookup and pivot tables, to analyze and manipulate data effectively
  • Professional word processing skills, including mail merge and Google templates, to create polished and customized documents
  • Strong Google Suite skills, particularly in managing multiple inboxes and organizing information
  • Keen attention to details to ensure accuracy and compliance in all administrative tasks
  • Quick learner and strategic thinker, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes in a very high paced environment
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and insights from employee data
  • Creative problem solver, able to find innovative solutions to recruitment challenges
