Status: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours

How You Will Contribute
1.Quality Assurance | Best Practice Expert
- Oversee the application of professional standards and best practices across all preventive and occupational health clinics in Quebec
- Review and update clinical procedures in collaboration with teams, based on field realities
- Develop and lead internal audits; prepare teams for external audits (e.g., professional orders, accreditations)
- Support professionals during evaluations, professional inspections, and in response to official requests
- Ensure standardized practices across sites to improve consistency and efficiency
- Keep computerized care methods and techniques up to date and supervise audit follow-ups
- Implement a continuing education program to promote ongoing improvement
2.Operational Support | Solutions Optimizer
- Design and revise clinical tools (forms, questionnaires, collective prescriptions, etc.) based on evolving clinic needs
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new services, programs, or equipment
- Lead special projects at the regional or national level
- Support clinical leadership in developing initiatives that enhance agility and quality
3.Clinical Support | Team Partner
- Provide clinical support to professionals for complex cases, escalations, and protocol or standard clarifications
- Collaborate in the onboarding of new physicians
- Participate in OH physician clinical meetings and serve as a liaison with clinical operations
- Develop harmonized clinical training modules and provide “train-the-trainer” coaching
- Work closely with the Medical Director on the analysis and management of critical clinical situations
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Licensed Member of the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a clinical role, with strong expertise in quality assurance, training, or practice management
- Languages: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Key Skills:
- Influential leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented
- Ability to clearly and empathetically explain clinical issues
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Experience with clinical technology tools (e.g., EMR, EPC); proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English withexternal parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope
