The Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team is a fast-paced and high performing residential sales team that is at the forefront of innovation for TELUS’ go-to-market strategy. Ready to transform how our sales teams win? Join TELUS as a Learning Consultant and become the driving force behind sales excellence across Quebec's most dynamic markets. You'll design and deliver high-impact training strategies for our Door-to-Door sales teams on core wireline and wireless products, partnering seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to standardize learning initiatives that directly fuel front-line success. As an experienced sales training and learning development leader, you'll own the strategy and execution of transformative programs that measurably impact sales performance, rep engagement, and customer outcomes. Here’s how
- Own the activation, material development and curriculum design of key seller-focussed training strategies tied to GTM objectives
- Leverage various learning tools with the goal of delivering dynamic learning modules that will engage an adult learner
- Identify & interlock with key stakeholders on specific sales upskilling & training requirements to increase sellers confidence and program sustainment
- Facilitate in-person trainings and equivalent ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions
- Coordinate training delivery and execution nationally through our regional sales operations teams
- Execute flawless collaboration and consistent communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales Operations to deliver the required outcomes
- Operate as a change-maker, consistently looking for opportunities to improve our sales motion and transform our sales teams ability to deliver results
Qualifications

Great-to-haves
- Background in telecommunications and digital transformation
- Professional training certification or adult learning experience viewed as an asset
- Experience in strategic consulting viewed as an asset
Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
