Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together 


As a Learning Specialist II, you will be working closely with our Operation team to plan and deliver onboarding training to clinical providers of our virtual clinic. To successfully accomplish the required tasks, the incumbent will have excellent organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills. 
Reporting to the Mgr-Training, you’ll be exposed to all product offerings from Primary Care and Allied Health Services. Working with multiple stakeholders, you’ll be presented with a fast paced environment requiring constant organization while maintaining close attention to detail. Bringing fresh improvement ideas while maintaining content accuracy to ensure we’re all aligned and moving in the same direction.

Here’s how 


•    Collaborate with Operations team members and other stakeholders to plan, implement and ensure follow-up of training sessions of clinical providers.
•    Deliver engaging virtual onboarding training sessions in English and French, tailored to specific roles within Primary Care and Allied Health Services. May also deliver new content through new mediums. 
•    Provide ongoing support and timely training updates to clinical providers and other stakeholders.
•    Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure content and processes are aligned across all Primary Care and Allied Health Services product offerings.
•    Maintain and update bilingual (English and French) training materials, ensuring relevance to current needs, service and product evolutions.
•    Curate and maintain the THVC Clinical Microsite, ensuring timely content updates and collaborating with document owners to guarantee information accuracy and relevance.
•    Perform administrative duties to support onboarding and training initiatives as required
•    Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
•    Be the start of a great relationship with our new clinical providers!
    
What YOU bring:


•    1-2 years experience as a learning professional with expertise in training delivery and exposure to instructional design and project management
•    Post-secondary diploma, Adult Learning Certificate or equivalent experience
•    Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal
•    Bilingual, English and French
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Agility with technology
•    Strong competency in the Google Workspace applications
•    Prior experience with clinicians is a strong asset
•    Confident working with cross functional teams 
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Great adaptability and positive attitude 
•    A strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
•    A passion for teamwork, with a burning desire to contribute

Salary Range:  $55,000-$83,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%
