TELUS Consumer Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Home Solutions Go-To-Market Acquisition team. This temporary role will focus on integrating and enhancing collaboration across various platforms and campaigns in Canada, with a particular emphasis on Quebec.
This is a temporary position, with an end date of March 27, 2026.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you'll have the chance to expand your expertise across strategy development, campaign execution, and end-to-end customer journey management. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Your Impact
As the subject matter expert on Entertainment for QC, you will:
- Develop innovative campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Optimize existing strategies using data-driven insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for integrating Quebec into the team's various strategies and tactics.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of integrated go-to-market activities aligned with Entertainment loading targets in Quebec
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end TV email campaigns, including website landing pages and e-commerce flows in Quebec
- Data-Driven Optimization: Implement and test new targeting strategies using data science and technology innovations to enhance campaign performance
- Creative Direction: Develop compelling GTM briefs for our Marketing Communications team and agency partners, guiding campaign strategies and value propositions
- Market Responsiveness: Leverage topical market events and content launches to optimize campaign performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital team to optimize online experience and improve website performance. Coordinate with content partners (e.g., Amazon, Apple, Disney, Netflix) to ensure timely updates and asset availability for Stream+ and Optik TV
- Leadership Reporting: Provide strategic overviews, performance analysis, and campaign recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in developing and managing complex email and SMS campaigns
- Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on enhancing the customer journey
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge conventional methods
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability and skill in uniting teams towards common goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/French) professional. Develop and approve French marketing materials. Communicate fluently in English for reports, presentations, and team
- collaboration.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing positions
- Business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications

Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
