Location:600 boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, Québec H3A 3J2
Status:Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Availability required: Between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (based on operational needs)

- Handle doctors' requests
- Answer patient calls
- Triage messages for doctors and nurses
- Schedule follow-up appointments with outpatient medical clinics
- Follow up on missing results when needed
- Perform related administrative tasks
Qualifications
What you bring
- High school diploma
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Basic MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Medical terminology knowledge (asset)
