Location: 6100 du Boisé avenue, Montreal (100% in clinic, free parking available for team members)
Status: Casual (on-call)
Schedule: Variable hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., up to 37.5 hours per week. Schedule generally published at least one week in advance. Occasional replacements may be required.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
Our medical office is the hub of transactions and patient/client relationships. You will be interacting with our clients on a regular basis, using various approaches and materials available to you. You will inform our clients about the status of their visit, documents or other information to be provided, about business processes, etc. You will liaise with our service providers to obtain medical results, in order to ensure timely finalization of files. You will also be required to collaborate with and to contact your internal, external and physician colleagues regarding the finalization of our medical records.
Here’s how
- Respond to various client requests with courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ensure complete management of records, call returns, on-site physician requests, etc
- Accurately enter data into our computer systems and ensure records are kept up to date
- Manage the ranking of results submitted to medical records
- Track missing results
- Finalize records within the prescribed time frame
- Provide all records to medical staff for review and full medical condition assessment
- Share results with corporate clients and sometimes candidates
- Billing records
- Ensure regular and rigorous follow-up of open files
- Communicate and collaborate with different departments internally to optimize process and service delivery
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in office work
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), computer skills
- Thorough, methodical, detail-oriented
- Self-directed and organized
- Focused on excellence in customer service
- Demonstrated teamwork
Great-to-haves
- Secretarial/Medical secretarial training
- Experience in the medical field
Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will occasionally interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope.
