Notre bureau médical est au cœur de la relation patient/clinicien.

 

Vous facilitez la rencontre entre les médecins et leurs patients en soutenant toutes les activités cliniques pré et post visite. Vous interagissez avec les patients et les différents professionnels de la santé dans le but de finaliser les dossiers dans les délais prescrits. Vous collaborez avec l’ensemble des membres de l’équipe de façon à maintenir un service d’excellence. Vous détenez une position d’expert en ce qui concerne les processus opérationnels des cliniciens dont vous avez la charge.

 

Voici comment

 

  • Traiter les appels entrants et les courriels
  • Répondre aux demandes des patients avec empathie, courtoisie, confidentialité et professionnalisme
  • Effectuer les appels de demande de renseignements dans les hôpitaux et les cliniques
  • Contacter les patients pour obtenir ou leur communiquer des informations
  • Gérer l’agenda du département de radiologie 
  • Effectuer les tâches transmises via le dossier médical électronique (DME) 
  • Préparer et coordonner les dossiers des patients
  • Accueillir les patients et les diriger vers le bon département
  • Mettre à jour le dossier médical électronique DME, AX, MEDRX
  • Coordonner les rendez-vous des patients : fixer, déplacer et annuler des rendez-vous 
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec les différents services interne afin d'optimiser les processus et la qualité des services
  • Fournir un soutien administratif de bureau pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace de la clinique

 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in office work
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), computer skills
  • Thorough, methodical, detail-oriented, self-directed and organized
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Focused on excellence in customer service
  • Courtesy, empathy and discretion
  • Demonstrated teamwork

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Secretarial/Medical secretarial training
  • Experience in the medical field
