Status: Temporary (18-month replacement), full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours only (between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)

Your Role
You will be part of a specialized occupational health team and work closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide patients with a professional, compassionate, and reassuring experience.
The successful candidate will be part of a team specializing in occupational medicine. Working with a customer-service-oriented team, you will provide patients with a positive experience by demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
In collaboration with physicians and the medical administrative team, the nurse will work in a hybrid role combining clinical care, vaccination, medical record review, and corporate health services, including occasional travel.
Here's What You'll Do
Your role will combine a variety of clinical and administrative activities in a structured and collaborative environment, including:

Welcome and support patients with empathy, discretion, and professionalism;

Perform various medical examinations and tests (audiograms, ECGs, vision tests, drug screening, etc.);

Perform blood draws and other specimen collections;
-
Administer vaccines and provide follow-up according to established protocols;

Conduct certain patient follow-ups;

Analyze and review medical records in accordance with applicable standards;

Ensure quality control and maintain up-to-date medical records;

Prepare and maintain examination rooms;
-
Work closely with physicians and the administrative team;

Occasionally participate in corporate interventions or activities (travel required);

Provide support to the Executive Clinic as needed.
Qualifications
You Have
-
A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;

Membership with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);

A minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience;

Fluency in both spoken and written French and English is essential;
-
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;
-
An interest and aptitude for customer service, with excellent communication skills;
-
The ability to work under pressure, manage priorities effectively, and work efficiently;

Strong clinical judgment, with critical and analytical thinking skills;

Basic computer skills required (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite);
-
Experience in occupational medicine is an asset.
An intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as you will be regularly required to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners), interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders), and work in an English-language computer environment as part of the duties associated with this position, which has a province-wide scope.
