Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime only (between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.)

Your role
You will be part of a team specialized in occupational health and will work closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide a professional, human, and reassuring patient experience.
The role combines clinical and administrative activities in a structured and collaborative environment, including:
- welcoming and supporting patients with professionalism and empathy;
- performing various medical tests (audiograms, ECGs, vision tests, drug screening, etc.);
- blood draws and other required samples;
- administering and following up on vaccinations according to established protocols;
- certain patient medical follow-ups;
- quality control and medical record management;
- analyzing files according to client company standards;
- occasional on-site interventions at client companies;
- close collaboration with the medical and administrative team;
- supporting the executive clinic when needed;
- preparing and maintaining examination rooms.
Qualifications
You have
- College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Member in good standing of the OIIQ
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bilingualism
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong clinical judgment and team spirit
- Experience in occupational medicine: an asset
An intermediate level of English is required, as you may occasionally be required to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners), with internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders), and to work in an English-language ITenvironment as part of the duties of this province-wide role.
