Position Overview: 

 

  • Développement des services : Diriger le développement et l’amélioration des services, de la conceptualisation au lancement. Comprend la conception, la gestion du changement, la mise en œuvre, ainsi qu’une stratégie différenciée en matière de prix, d’offres groupées, de positionnement, de cycle de vie, de placement, de promotion, de partenariats et de lignes directrices en matière de services.
  • Gestion de projets : Diriger et coordonner des programmes de diagnostic complexes, en facilitant la collaboration entre diverses équipes pour atteindre les objectifs du projet. Superviser la mise en œuvre des services de diagnostic, en veillant à une intégration harmonieuse et à un fonctionnement efficace dans nos centres. 
  • Collaboration avec les partenaires : Collaborer avec différents partenaires, comprendre les besoins commerciaux et connaître à fond les différents domaines d’applications, les infrastructures, les exigences en matière de respect de la vie privée et de la sécurité.
  • Partenariats stratégiques : Établir, maintenir et entretenir des partenariats stratégiques avec les principales parties prenantes et les nouveaux acteurs du secteur des soins de santé et de mieux-être, y compris les entreprises en démarrage, les établissements de recherche et les fournisseurs de technologie.
  • Rendement financier et sur le marché : Gérer le rendement financier et sur le marché des produits nouveaux et existants, y compris les revenus, le bénéfice d’exploitation, le flux de trésorerie disponible, la valeur actuelle nette, le taux de rentabilité interne, les retombées actualisées et le rendement du capital investi, tout en étant responsable des profits et pertes.
  • Études de marché : Recourir aux études de marché principales et secondaires et aux recherches sur le contexte concurrentiel afin de recommander des solutions qui offrent un meilleur soutien ou qui repositionnent les offres de produits nouveaux et actuels.
  • Culture d’équipe : Inspirer et motiver vos collègues afin de favoriser le rendement élevé, le travail d’équipe et la reconnaissance rapide.
  • Communication : Faciliter les discussions entre équipes, y compris avec les gestionnaires, et favoriser un environnement de partage des idées et des connaissances. Développer des rapports, des communications et des procédures connexes à vos projets, comprenant l’état des projets, la gouvernance, les changements, les risques, la gestion des recours hiérarchiques, etc

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or private clinic environments, with a focus on diagnostic imaging and testing
  • Expert project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research to drive product decisions
  • Innate curiosity and a strong drive to explore the unknown
  • Team player: Proven relationship-building skills, including the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma, or equivalent education and/or program management experience is required/preferred

 

Great to Haves:

 

  • MBA
  • PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent designations.
  • Bilingual English/French considered an asset

Salary Range:  $74,000-$112,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
