As a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address complex customer needs. You'll embody TELUS's social purpose in all customer interactions and business practices, while implementing strategic integrated sales management techniques to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in technology solutions including MPLS, business internet, security, SaaS & IaaS, unified cloud communication, mobility, and IoT (Internet of Things. They will have a strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on various industries.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in TELUS's enterprise segment using our Premier Sales Organisation (PSO) model
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Understand clients' business challenges and propose tailored solutions from TELUS's broad portfolio of digital and health services
- Embody TELUS's social purpose in all customer interactions and business practices
- Implement strategic integrated sales management techniques to optimize sales processes and outcomes
Your day to day
- Prepare professional proposals targeted to the key decision makers (usually senior managers or C-Suite) that clearly communicate TELUS’ first in-class solutions and value proposition to the customers' business problem
- Negotiate contracts, initiating orders and pursuing new business with grit, energy, and determination
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales regarding potential challenges in our business, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Effectively create, manage and close a funnel of opportunities and sales operations utilizing the power of SalesForce
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or healthcare sectors
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on various industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges
- Alignment with TELUS's commitment to social responsibility and community impact
- Intermediate knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
