Here’s the impact you’ll make

 

Reporting to the Director, Operations and Client Success, the Sr. Client Program Manager plays a key role on the RAPIDS team. The Sr. Client Program Manager supports the Business Development team with client opportunities and planning the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless client experience from sales to implementation. Manages concurrent client implementations using project and program management best practices ensuring efficient and effective processes as well as high client satisfaction. Provides the Product team with client feature requests. Drive client adoption of RAPIDS and client specific KPIs. Support the Director with client implementation and operational forecasting.

 

Here’s how 

 

  • Develop and execute project plans (charters, integrated plans, governance, success criteria, training, communication, launch strategy, etc.) to align the expected program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards
  • Ensure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change. Manage desired outcomes and KPIs
  • Facilitate workshops and status meetings with customer team and executive levels
  • Engage external parties, vendors and agencies to meet project/program goals
  • Communicate effectively to executive level stakeholders and external customers
  • Manage resources effectively in matrix environments aligning to meet program financial and business objectives
  • Work with Leader to plan and monitor the program of clients implementations and operational requirements
  • Drive client process change management and referral adoption of RAPIDS.
  • Drive client satisfaction through effective client relationship
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development and Product teams to meet strategic plans

 

 

Qualifications

 

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle 

 

  • Proficient in English and French
  • Knowledge of the Health Private and Public Sector; specifically mental health.
  • University Degree in Business or related field
  • 10 years of equivalent experience in related field
  • Proficiency in managing programs from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify challenges, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions to address issues that arise during program implementation
  • Financial, business and political acumen

 

Nice-To-Haves 

 

  • PMI certification amd/or other related certifications
  • Experience in organizational change management and developing adoption strategies

 

 

Salary Range:  $94,000-$140,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
