You'll partner closely with the Sales and Product teams to prioritize strategic initiatives, execute DTC positioning across all consumer touchpoints, and drive measurable results through paid digital and influencer partnerships. What you'll do
- Develop and prioritize overall GTM strategy, ensuring alignment across digital channels and business objectives
- Lead DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) positioning strategy across all consumer touchpoints, translating business goals into actionable digital campaigns
- Drive digital campaign strategy and execution, including paid media, email, social, and emerging channels
- Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to amplify campaign reach and engagement
- Lead agency collaboration and manage creative approvals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
- Own end-to-end paid digital execution with our digital agency partners
- Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and provide actionable optimization insights to improve channel performance and ROI
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences across digital channels
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, and Analytics teams, to execute integrated digital campaigns that drive business growth
- Manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously while balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and staying on budget
- Provide strategic input for GTM initiatives and new service launches
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
What you bring
- University degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, performance marketing, or integrated marketing
- Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership strategy
- Strong experience with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and data-driven optimization
- Previous experience at a digital agency or in-house marketing team is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an asset
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and working under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Fluent in English; French bilingualism is a strong asset

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
