We're looking for a strategic storyteller and digital marketing powerhouse to lead integrated marketing communications that drive real community impact. As Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you'll craft compelling narratives across social media, digital channels, and multi-channel campaigns that don't just reach audiences—they move them.

What you’ll do
Social Media & Community Management:

Develop comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms with content calendars and publishing schedules

Monitor trends, manage community engagement, and respond to customer inquiries

Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and partnerships
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:

Design integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid social, display, search, email, web)

Create compelling content strategies and materials to support product launches and community activations

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Communications & Brand Messaging:

Develop strategic communication plans and messaging frameworks for community initiatives and GTM campaigns

Write and edit marketing materials (press releases, blog posts, newsletters, brand voice guidelines)

Manage internal/external communications and coordinate media relations activities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Lead end-to-end campaign development from strategy through execution, analysis, and reporting

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional team coordination
-
Coordinate with creative agencies for digital asset development
Analytics & Optimization:

Analyze social media and digital campaign metrics to optimize performance

Conduct data-driven campaign analysis and identify improvement opportunities

Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights
Stakeholder & Agency Management:

Partner with sales, product, operations, and regional teams to align and localize strategies

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
-
Present campaign strategies and results to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
-
7-10 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, or social media management
-
3-5 years in a senior or leadership role
-
Proven track record of successful multi-channel campaign execution
-
Deep knowledge of Quebec market cultural and linguistic specificities
-
Telecommunications, technology, or B2C industry experience (asset)
Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and CMS platforms
-
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing technology stack
Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication in French and English (bilingual essential)

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
