What you'll do
As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing performance reports and dashboards to support sales teams and strategic decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in advanced report creation, data visualization, and self-service analytics solution development. Experience in marketing and finance is considered an asset, as it strengthens your ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic analytics solutions.
Performance Management:

Develop budget and track performance

Monitor gating KPIs, objectives by channels, all products, orders/GA, performance

Create executive presentations
-
Manage fiber construction performance: objectives|models|SBC
Community Analysis and Performance:
-
Create and maintain community performance and GTM dashboards
-
Conduct in-depth analyses to provide actionable recommendations

Calculate and track ROI of community events and initiatives
-
Analyze performance data to guide strategy
Strategic Planning and Market Excellence:

Support annual and quarterly planning with analytical data and forecasting (sales, sales channels, communities, deactivations, etc)

Lead community analysis, selection, and prioritization

Collaborate on creating localized surveys and research

Provide recommendations for market excellence
Advanced Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
-
Design and develop advanced reports and dashboards for sales teams

Create complex and interactive data visualizations
-
Develop custom performance reports according to business needs
-
Optimize report and dashboard performance
Qualifications
What you bring
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, mathematics, statistics, business, or related field
-
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
-
Demonstrated experience in creating advanced dashboards and reports
-
Knowledge of sales processes and business metrics
Technical Skills:
-
Expertise in Tableau or Power BI
-
Proficiency in SQL and data queries( an asset)

Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Experience with CRM systems and data platforms
Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills in French and English is mandatory. Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
