Emerging technology is a key focus area for us. We need a high-energy individual to join the team as the Senior Pricing & Acquisition Manager. You will play a key role in creating and executing our pricing strategy for the portfolio.
Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together:
Reporting to the Manager of IoT & IS Pricing, you will be an integral member of a core team entrusted to manage pricing strategies and day to day deal management, special projects, deep dives and other tasks related to our P&L ownership and acquisition strategies. Your strategic and analytical skills will ensure our recommendations meet both our business priorities and financial objectives. You must be able to define business problems, perform rigorous data analyses, and identify clear paths to actionable decisions. Additionally, you will leverage your skills and experience to shift between deep analysis, clear recommendations and pricing execution. You will review and implement new processes or systems to facilitate the scalability of these portfolios.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies by collaborating with Sales Teams, conducting regular market analysis, and staying ahead of pricing trends in emerging technologies, while being accountable for the portfolio's KPIs and P&L performance.
- Measure and optimize business performance through data-driven insights, including building financial models, analyzing customer and market trends, and maintaining up-to-date tracking information and processes
- Nurture cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, planning, and finance to ensure competitive portfolios and drive profitable growth
- Participate in leadership forums to review business performance, inform key pricing decisions, and maintain excellent communication with management on progress, challenges, and opportunities related to portfolio KPIs and P&L metrics
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and SME by identifying process and product gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and continuously improving pricing strategies to meet business objectives and enhance overall portfolio performance
What you bring:
- Self-starter with strong work ethics and proven experience in consumer or business pricing environments, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, data visualization, and business problem-solving using GSuite, Office tools, and pricing software
- Excellence in written and verbal communication (English and French), with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and manage executive-level relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, combining a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Successful track record of cross-functional collaboration and relationship building across broad stakeholder groups, with experience in managing diverse projects and stakeholder expectations
Great-to-haves:
- Knowledge of IoT and telecommunications networks
- University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering or Finance preferred
- Experience with emerging technologies and their market dynamics
- Understanding of regulatory environments affecting pricing in the telecom industry

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
