Help Build Canada's Newest Infrastructure Company
Here’s your opportunity to work directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships on Terrion’s partnership with TELUS. As the analytical and operational expert on a lean, strategic team, you'll have outsized impact: your dashboards will inform C-suite decisions, your process designs will become company standards, and your coordination will keep both Terrion and TELUS leadership aligned. This isn't a large team where you're one of many. You'll be the go-to expert.

- Build cross-company influence: Develop a powerful network across Terrion and TELUS while mastering the art of stakeholder coordination in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
What you'll do
Commercial & Analytical Insights:
- Monitor and analyze billing triggers, contract milestones, and performance metrics tied to the anchor agreement
- Validate data, assumptions, escalations, and contractual obligations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools that answer leadership’s most important questions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve partnership performance
Program & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Terrion and TELUS teams to meet contractual commitments on time
- Design and improve processes for contract execution, reporting, and operational delivery (many don't exist yet; you'll build them)
- Track KPIs, SLA performance, and milestone completion, escalating issues before they become problems
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain accurate, auditable records of billing triggers, approvals, and milestone completions
- Prepare executive-ready materials for monthly Joint Management Committees between Terrion and TELUS leadership
- Translate complex partnership data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- Support governance forums and executive reporting by preparing executive-ready reporting, insights, and briefing materials for governance forums and strategic reviews
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in program management ideally within telecom, infrastructure or related sectors
- Advanced data analysis skills, experience building dashboards and trackers
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and pivot quickly between different functions and challenges in a fast-paced, evolving organization
- Strong problem-solving skills to clear roadblocks and resolve issues, especially in pressured situations
- Proven ability to handle complex interdependencies and competing priorities while keeping teams focused and on track
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to translate technical information for various stakeholder audiences
- Comfortable engaging with commercial, operational, and technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, preference for Google work environments
Great-to-haves
- PMP, PgMP or Agile certifications
- Change management certification (CCMP, etc.)
- Experience with SAP and/or Sitetracker
- Experience with wireless network deployments and technologies
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
