We are catalysts for the digital economy, creating dynamic foundations that empower connections through cutting-edge cellular tower technology and relentless innovation. Working in close partnership with municipalities, provinces, regulators, and customers, we deliver communications infrastructure that supports vibrant communities and drives economic growth.

Founded through the investments of a world class telecom and pension partner, we are a mission-driven company building the wireless networks of the future - towers, rooftops, and edge assets that power connectivity. The fusion of a bold, entrepreneurial spirit with the strategic maturity of industry veterans fuels our bold ambition. We're that team who passionately believes that collaboration sparks innovation, agility drives progress, and ownership ensures accountability. Amazing possibilities come to life, making success unstoppable.

The Real Estate Development team thrives in a dynamic environment where collaboration and purpose fuel every project. Guided by our mission, to create and enable meaningful connections for all of our communities through technology and innovation, we’re shaping the future of connectivity by delivering best-in-class site acquisition and government relations across Canada. Every connection starts with a site and every site starts with our real estate expertise.

As a Real Estate Manager for Eastern Canada, you’ll play a key, single-contributor role in expanding the network that keeps millions of Canadians connected. You’ll identify, negotiate, and secure the strategic locations that power tomorrow’s digital infrastructure. If you’re driven by challenge, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact, this is where your next chapter begins.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

You’re a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a skilled negotiator who knows how to turn complex challenges into tangible results. In this role, you’ll be at the center of everything that brings our network to life, from identifying and securing new sites to navigating the approvals that make construction possible.

Your ability to balance business objectives with stakeholder collaboration will be key to expanding our network. You’ll work closely with landowners, municipalities, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, overcome obstacles, and ensure that every new site reflects our mission.

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor local market conditions, carrier expansion plans, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities for both new builds and existing assets
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, carriers, property owners, and internal teams to support smooth execution and high tenant satisfaction
  • Revenue Optimization: Drive revenue growth by maximizing asset utilization through strategic tenant placement, lease renewals, and identification of new colocation opportunities
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide leadership with clear project updates while maintaining detailed project documentation
