What you’ll do
As a Senior Revenue Operations & Sales Targeting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing revenue operations, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving revenue growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll provide data-driven insights to enhance sales performance and streamline targeting processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management – Develop accurate sales forecasts, analyze pipeline activity, and provide leadership with actionable insights
- Revenue Metrics & Reporting – Build dashboards to track revenue performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Revenue Process Optimization – Enhance alignment between sales, marketing, and finance by refining revenue operations processes and ensuring data integrity
- Sales Targeting & Performance – Support leadership in setting sales targets, refining quotas, and optimizing KPIs using data analytics
- Collaboration & Alignment – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and BI teams to align revenue strategies

Qualifications
What you bring
- Financial Planning & Analysis – 7+ years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, and business modeling, with strong financial modeling skills
- Revenue & Sales Operations – Deep understanding of pipeline management, SaaS revenue forecasting, and key performance metrics
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL knowledge a plus
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to assess revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Process Optimization – Proven track record of driving automation and operational efficiencies
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Great-to-haves
- MBA or CPA designation
- University degree in business or similar
- Prior experience in technology sector
