What you'll do

 

 

The Senior Program and Strategy manager will be responsible for orchestrating and executing strategic deployment initiatives. This high-level role requires expertise in managing complex programs, cross-functional coordination, and deploying regional go-to-market strategies.

Marketing PMO and Strategic Planning:

 

  • Develop and operationalize governance models for multi-site deployment initiatives
  • Coordinate deployment phases and ensure compliance with critical milestones
  • Facilitate governance committees and performance reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Maintain program documentation (methodologies, templates, processes)

 

Program Management and Deployment:

 

  • Manage implementation and deployment of programs/projects
  • Ensure alignment of construction, triage, and process development
  • Coordinate unified Go-to-Market planning (annual/quarterly)

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

 

  • Develop and maintain deployment models for complex regional initiatives
  • Orchestrate integrated go-to-market strategies combining macro and micro approaches
  • Define and optimize corporate and local marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment schedule alignment

 

Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Serve as primary point of contact between executive leadership and regional deployment teams
  • Coordinate with regional leaders for strategic initiative execution
  • Manage relationships with external partners and service providers
  • Present strategic updates to executive leadership and governance committees

 

Performance and Analytics:

 

  • Define and track performance indicators by deployment phase
  • Implement critical milestone tracking systems
  • Analyze regional performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Create dashboards for near real-time initiative tracking

 

 

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

What you bring

 

 

Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, project management, or related field (MBA a major asset)
Minimum 10-12 years of experience managing complex strategic programs
At least 5 years in strategic leadership role or management consulting
Demonstrated experience in multi-site or multi-geography program deployment
Knowledge of telecommunications sector or technology infrastructure (an asset)

 

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and analytical dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing

 

 

Interpersonal Skills:

 

  • Exceptional leadership and ability to influence without direct hierarchical authority
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French and English (bilingual essential)
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution orientation
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions in a complex environment

 

 

Salary Range:  $102,000-$152,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
