The TELUS Health Provider Marketing team supports the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and PMS (Pharmacy Management Solutions) solutions, which are designed to streamline work processes and healthcare providers workflows so they can better focus on caring for their patients. Our team is made up of passionate marketing professionals who believe they can make a difference in the lives of our customers. Through best marketing practices, data driven insights and effective go to market execution, we enable our product and sales counterparts to share a powerful story that positions our solutions successfully in the marketplace against our competitors.
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Provider Solution Marketing team, to help us deliver on our mission and vision. In this role, you will drive our client communications calendar, and be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our customer-facing newsletters and operational communications. You will also play a key role in managing our Likelihood to Recommend annual client survey which is critical to measuring the success of our products and services.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Leverage your excellent writing and content creation skills to develop, evolve and execute our customer communications and in market messages across our EMR and PMS portfolios
- Develop comprehensive customer communication calendar to effectively streamline customer communication touchpoints
- Using your excellent project management skillset to effectively deploy multiple customer newsletters to ensure timely launch on a monthly, quarterly and bi-annual basis
- Develop strong and collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams from sales, product, and operations to get input and buy-in to drive projects forward
- Support customer facing French translation projects and tasks to ensure our marketing materials and communications are adapted effectively for our Quebec customer segments
- Take on ad hoc requests from leadership team and key stakeholders
- Be prepared for out-of-the-box thinking and trialling different approaches to determine the optimal methods to drive awareness and usage
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Post-secondary degree in relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in the B2B or healthcare technology industry
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- High proficiency with the use of GenAI tools to optimize copies and content
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio
- Fluent in verbal and written French
- Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
- Experience working and facilitating with cross-functional teams, especially with agency stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
