Status: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) – flexible

The Team Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of clinical operations across various service lines. This position oversees the delivery of seasonal vaccination campaigns, biometric programs, and occupational health clinics, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in alignment with our organizational standards.
The Team Manager acts as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners, fostering clear communication and seamless collaboration. The successful candidate will be focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering a high-quality client experience in all aspects of clinical service delivery.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Provide daily guidance and support to the team by offering hands-on leadership, managing priorities, and assisting with complex situations
- Develop the team’s potential through coaching, performance monitoring, and engagement around shared goals
- Oversee client service delivery—including onboarding, support, and coordination—while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
- Optimize tools, processes, and operational practices to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
- Coordinate seasonal health campaigns (flu, biometrics) with clinical teams, nurses, and clients, ensuring smooth and well-aligned logistics
- Participate in the planning and follow-up of campaigns, including resource management, internal debriefs, and client feedback
- Monitor performance by analyzing KPIs, generating reports, and making strategic recommendations to enhance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinics, Technology, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth communication, manage cross-team requests, and represent team needs in transversal projects
- Able to communicate effectively by crafting presentations and emails that clearly and concisely convey key messages
- Fully capable of leading negotiations with suppliers, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and negotiating commitments with clients
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize operations
Qualifications
You Are the Missing Piece of the Puzzle
- Completed high school diploma
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical field (an asset)
- Essential bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical terminology (an asset)
- Flexibility
- Reliability and autonomy in the workplace
- Well-developed stress management skills in urgent situations
- Initiative, proactivity, and resourcefulness
