As a Vendor Manager for TELUS Business Solutions (TBS), you will manage relationships to meet sales, revenue, quality, and efficiency objectives within our account base through digitally enabled solutions. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with our channel partners and senior leadership, partnering with them on their key priorities, and driving successful outcomes for our customers to drive a digital first strategy.

What you’ll do
As the primary liaison, you'll manage channel relationships, analyze performance data, and facilitate cross-team communication. Your focus will be on enhancing performance, managing risks, and aligning vendor channel activities with TELUS objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Vendor Management
- Lead and manage relationships to drive channel success
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve performance aligned with business objectives and a digital first approach
- Monitor and analyze channel performance against TELUS quality standards and targets
- Create and execute risk mitigation strategies for change management initiatives
- Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to TELUS Executive leadership
- Drive US market expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysis
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze channel data to identify trends and improvement opportunities to increase digital adoption
- Drive initiatives to enhance sales, quality, and operational efficiency
- Review and optimize channel processes to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement corrective actions for performance gaps through appropriate channels
Cross-functional Leadership
- Serve as primary liaison with our channels
- Coordinate product updates, policy changes, and procedural modifications
- Identify and resolve root causes
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training across teams
- Lead strategic planning and change management initiatives

- Organization & Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work across the team.

Great-to-haves
- Experience in vendor management and business operations, with more than 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in digital sales & marketing
- Experience in strategic planning, governance, and program management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of TELUS products and services.
- Experience leading transformational change management activities.
Required Professional Designation/Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Sales or related Technology fields or related discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
