What we’ll accomplish together
We are currently looking for a sales professional with a solid work ethic and customer relationship skills. The successful candidate must be able to think outside the box and demonstrate creativity, initiative and strategic vision. We are looking for a leader who works well on a team and is passionate about achieving their business objectives. In this role, you will report to our Sales Manager – Quebec.
Here’s how
- Identify and develop potential clients at each step of our sales process
- Create service proposals, respond to calls for proposals and prepare documentation for potential clients
- Give in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients and sales channels
- Network in the medical community and attend virtual events to increase the profile of the EMR market offered by TELUS Health
- Help develop promotional and marketing strategies by identifying client needs
- Identify and develop relationships with new and current partners to increase the sales market
- Respond quickly and effectively to the needs of our clients, doctors, nurses and clinic administrators
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- University degree in commerce or marketing preferred
- Experience in the medical field, ideally a clinic setting, a prerequisite
- Five years’ experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Sales experience with proven results attaining or exceeding organizational objectives
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Drive and dedication toward a long-term professional career
- Exceptional and polished presentation skills including the ability to effectively develop presentations and present them to groups, in person and virtually
- Ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company objectives
- Discipline and enthusiasm, with the ability to establish, grow and strengthen professional relationships with doctors
- Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external clients
- Effective time management, organization and prioritization skills
