TELUS Global Partner Management (GPM) builds revenue partnerships with domestic and global organizations to enhance their product offering and build a broad range of possibilities for their end customers.  Typical GPM partner organizations include mobile and fibre carriers, ISP’s, cloud, VoIP, security providers, and also include innovative/disruptive technology providers.


The Customer Implementation Manager (CIM) is the primary liaison between TELUS and our clients to facilitate the timely and efficient installation of Mainstream and Enhanced (Layer2, Layer3, Internet, PRI, and DSL) Data Services in Canada by managing projects to completion.


This is a bilingual opportunity. You must be fluent in both French & English in order to be successful in this role.
 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Demonstrates, champions, and prioritizes customer contact/communication driving positive client experiences
  • Champions projects/improvement ideas related to E2E implementation from Firm Order Commitments through to install completion
  • Take 100% ownership of assigned orders until completion
  • Capable of workload management and distribution
  • Sponsor/advocate/prime/participate in major change initiatives that contribute to the overall effectiveness in providing ‘Best in Class’ customer service
  • Engage and leverage partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve the overall customer experience
  • Provide support and prime communications to our French speaking customers
     

What you bring

  • Basic Technical knowledge (Network infrastructure, Ethernet/IP/Voice WAN services)
  • Expert in client communication and management of expectations
  • Knowledge of business fulfillment processes, products and systems
  • Possess a sound knowledge of the major functions of providing exceptional client service, including sales, complaint management, service provisioning and technical support
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and deals professionally with various levels of management within the organization
  • Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
  • Peer to peer leadership skills
  • Project/program management skills are an asset
  • Must be fully fluent (both verbal and written) in French

 

Required Professional Designation/Certification:

 

  • Undergraduate degree or similar post-secondary degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Program or project management certification is an asset
  • Cisco CCNA certification not a requirement, but would be beneficial

 

Required Experience:
3 or more years of related telecom industry experience
