Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a P&C Business Partner Consultant supporting leaders in the TELUS Business Solutions team, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, project manager and change agent. Toggling between the big picture and then rolling up your sleeves to do the tactical work is second nature to you. You sit alongside and collaborate with the P&C Business Partner Managers / Director and business leaders to provide thought leadership for People & Culture activities.
You are resilient, pragmatic, humble, and possess a great sense of humour. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow. Your passion to make a difference and how you do things will contribute to the success of our internal clients in creating better outcomes for our customers.
