Join our team:
You’ll be joining the Pomelo Health Team within the Collaborative Health Division. Pomelo Health is a patient engagement solution integrated to different EMRs within the Telus family.
You will be helping clinics, vaccination & testing sites with setting up their online booking, automatic reminders, self-check in, e-forms and other features.

A self-motivated, detail-oriented, communicator able to work independently and be responsible for:
- Building effective relationship with clients
- Understanding client’s clinic workflow and priorities to best implement our solution
- Helping clinics optimize their platform usage to work more efficiently
- Communicating professionally and with transparency
- Keeping track of billing & contract changes
- Escalating technical issues, when it is not a configuration matter
- Advocating for the customer internally to ensure optimal customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution in a timely manner
- Ask Questions, assess and challenges

Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
Required Knowledge:
- 3-5 years experience with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients.
- College or University education in Healthcare, Business or related field
- Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Physician office workflow
- Electronic Medical Systems
- Operating Systems
- Salesforce
Required Skills & Abilities:
- A commitment to service excellence, the ability to keep current with new technology, and excellent active listening, administrative and organization skills are essential

- Problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills: bilingualism (French-English)
