The TELUS Health Care Centre’s Marketing team is looking to add an Email Marketing Specialist to the team to help bring our ambitious customer and lifecycle marketing strategy to life and support delivering an exceptional digital health experience to our patients.
Leveraging marketing technology you will execute lead nurture, promotional, lifecycle, and other customer marketing tactics by building marketing emails, journeys, web capture forms, and landing pages. You will also support our customer database management, and report on the results and impact of the tactics you deployed.
What you’ll do
- You will help build the TELUS Health Care Centres brand by executing customer-centric engagement and marketing campaigns, and value added digital wellness content services. This includes creating client, patient, and prospect focused marketing emails, including newsletters, operational updates, and lifecycle journeys
- You will help enhance the digital interactions and touch points for our clients and patients that delivers on our promise of a world class digital health experience. This includes creating landing pages, lead capture forms, and other web assets
- You will provide ongoing reporting on the results and impacts of digital marketing campaigns, unearthing insights on our clients’ preferences to drive increasing personalization and relevancy
Ongoing duties include:
- Building client (B2B/B2C) focused emails including newsletters, and operational clinic updates
- Building client (B2B/B2C) focused web pages for events, campaigns, and virtual programs
- Extracting and compiling reports on the effectiveness of email campaigns
- Performing database management activities including obtaining, cleaning, and uploading patient data
- Support the execution of the following initiatives:
- Segmented content marketing: Improve CX by developing client and patient engagement programs aligned to the three core audiences (Occupational health clients, Executive care clients, personal care patients)
- Develop/enhance segment specific onboarding emails for key programs (Occupational health, Executive care, Personal care)
Qualifications
What you bring:
- You have 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on email and web
- You are organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks and competing priorities
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You are familiar with email compliance legislation (CASL)
- You are proficient at creating marketing emails and landing pages in HTML/CSS within a modern Email Service Provider, and/or Content Management System
- You are familiar with design software (Adobe photoshop/Canva/Figma/Sketch) used for creating marketing assets and other collateral
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, understand relational databases, and are capable of manipulating structured data for the purposes of marketing campaigns and analysis
- Bonus: You have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ampscript and SQL
- You are bilingual in French and in English (preferred)
