TELUS Health is the leading Canadian virtual care platform; we are reimagining how healthcare can look differently – benefiting both patients and providers. We connects more than 3 million Canadians across the country to our team of kind and knowledgeable primary care providers; through our user-friendly app, our team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians can help patients get new and refill prescriptions, obtain specialist and lab referrals, and have their health questions answered - 24/7, across the country, in French and English.

At the core of our mission is a passion to improve the health experience for patients and providers, leading to better health outcomes for everyone. We wake up every day with a single, simple question: “how can we help more people?” This question has united us more than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we all rallied around this worthy cause.

TELUS Health aims to put virtual care in the hands of every Canadian. We help employees stay healthy and keep them performing at their best. During the current crisis, we are saving patients from entering high-risk environments and keeping them safe at home whenever possible.

Like the clinical service we deliver, our team culture values kindness, compassion, collaboration, and critical thinking. We’re a tight-knit, supportive team that is connected by our common mission to do good in the world and make a positive, impactful difference in Canadian healthcare.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Team Manager for our evening practice in Quebec.

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, the Evening Québec Clinical Team Manager will work closely to link together our Clinical Services and Operations, supporting our Québec team, helping build and roll-out a scalable clinical model, while meeting plan sponsor and patient service level expectations, setting the bar high for clinical service excellence, and delivering high quality care as measured by our patient satisfaction ratings.

The Clinical Team Manager will support our patient base and clinician team by ensuring a high quality of care, implementing and evaluating efficient clinical protocols & processes, contributing to building our operational model, and managing staff. The Clinical Team Manager will work closely with the rest of the Clinical Managers to support our team across Canada.

  • Helping bring together our national operations - aligning communications, policies, training, and operations, while retaining the best of the best across Canada
  • Leading and supporting operations “hygiene” - developing and implementing evidence-based clinical protocols, chart audits, clinical reviews, managing patient escalations, and formalizing continuing medical education to support our large, growing primary virtual care operation
  • Implementing new processes and metrics, in support of the broader management team
  • Supporting our Director of Operations to ensure we have appropriate staffing levels on shift to meet patient demand; in addition, ensuring we have sufficient clinicians on our team and helping manage the funnel from outreach to recruitment to onboarding
